Replace or Refund
You may request a replacement or refund, within ten (10) days of the purchase date on your receipt, by forwarding your electronic receipt (proof of purchase) to email@example.com along with a description of the problem and your requested remedy (replacement or refund). An electronic receipt is required for all replacements or refunds.
Due to the nature of our products (copies can easily be made of digital and printed material) safetyNETkids cannot issue refunds for any product with missing, damaged or opened original packaging. Refunds are issued in the same form of currency used for product purchase. For credit card purchases, refunds are issued to that same credit card. Your refund will include all payment made to safetyNETkids excluding applicable fees paid by safetyNETkids to process your credit card and issue the electronic refund to your credit card account. International orders will also exclude shipping charges for the original shipment.
All defective merchandise shall be replaced (shipped) within five (5) business days of receipt of the defective item(s) at no additional charge to the customer. On the occasion, due to circumstances beyond the control of safetyNETkids, a replacement cannot be made within five (5) business days, safetyNETkids will notify the customer with an explanation of the problem and estimated ship date.
We may ask you to return the merchandise for quality inspection (if defective) or you will need to return, unopened, any items for which you are requesting a refund. In cases that you must return merchandise, safetyNETkids will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You must receive an RMA from safetyNETkids to be issued a refund.
No refunds are issued for items damaged in shipment until claims procedures with the shipping company are final. Damaged shipments must be made known within 24 hours of receipt of the product via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
safetyNETkids reserves the right to deny a claim for replacement or refund, even with proof of purchase, if it is determined that the customer is acting in a fraudulent manner.
